i would suggest to first forget the 0s 1s etc etc..and just focus on what u see in the image...
just look at what is visible, no need to even strain ur eyes too much...

Answers are case insensitive, so even mIxEd case will do. But, there should not be any additional or less characters.

@Clue Level 10/2: It cannot get simpler.. Tweak the original code a bit and there you have it...
@ameya: read the rules carefully. Going to next level might require you to tweak the URLs, images etc. The level can not get easier than this.

Yes. The monument does have a significance. But if you can get the answer from the above clues, it is kinda redundant.

@lvl 5: Ok here is a very strong hint.
It's very important to give words to what you see in the image. And then a wikipedia to go along. The stairway would lead you to the answer.
